Training Center

The renovated Whitin Mill is a multi-purpose facility suitable for further training and education for people of all abilities. The Training and Conference Center enables Alternatives to fulfill its commitment to provide close to 20,000 training hours per year to its dedicated workforce. In addition, the Center is available for use by other community groups and businesses. For the individuals we serve, we offer employment assistance and readiness, counseling, placement, skills education and post-employment support.
