Singh Performing Arts Center/Theatre
The Singh Performance Center is a multi-use community venue suitable for theatre, concerts, trainings, and other uses. The theatre is named after long-time supporters, GB and Lexi Singh. It is home to Stepping Stone Community Theatre, an inclusive theatre company opened to people of all abilities who have an interest in theatre. **120 permanent seats; **200 maximum seating.

River View Room
The River View Room is an open space available for trainings and other uses. This beautiful space, which is often used by local community organizations and businesses, boasts the best view in town! **Seats 20 people with tables; 40 people without tables.

Vocational Room
The Vocational Room is a classroom-style setting perfect for smaller meetings or classes. **Seats 15-20 people (tables and chairs already in room).

Restaurant
The Restaurant is a large, unfinished space perfect for demonstrations and indoor events. Alternatives has utilized this space for a pumpkin carve, an open-mic for local singers and poets, and a craft fair. **Seats 30-40 people with tables; 50-60 people without tables (tables and chairs can be provided).

Evening Rental (6:00 - 10:00 PM) $125

Includes: Theatre Space (including seats), Dressing Rooms, Green Room

Full Day Rental (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM) $400

Includes: Theatre Space, Lights & Lighting Booth, Lobby, Dressing Rooms, Green Room

Note: There is a two-hour rental minimum in order to book space at Alternatives.
**10% of seats must be available for handicapped individuals.

PAYMENT

Deposit: Deposit of 50% of rental fee is required for all contracts upon signed agreement.

Balance: Balance is due four days prior to rental or performance date.
