Clinical Services

The wide scope of Alternatives' clinical services and supports ensures that each individual's physical, emotional, psychological and medical needs are met in a timely fashion. Our clinical services team oversees people's well-being by screening referrals, monitoring and managing risk, coordinating program quality improvement, promoting recovery and peer support, collaborating with health care providers, and by offering a variety of health and wellness resources, educational programs, consultation and training.

Our clinical services team includes the Director of Clinical Services, the Clinical Services Manager, the Health and Wellness Coordinator and the Quality Improvement Manager for developmental disabilities programs. In addition, the Mental Health programs have a Quality Improvement Team consisting of a Director of Quality Improvement and two Quality Improvement Managers.

Under the leadership of the clinical services team, Alternatives programs have access to licensed consultants in many disciplines. Among these are: Speech and Language, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Counseling, Community Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Psychiatry, Rehabilitation and Forensic Evaluation.

Alternatives collaborates also with local mental health clinics to help people receive the psychiatric and counseling services they require.

In addition, Alternatives maintains the capacity to perform third-party billing in collaboration with our licensed provider affiliates.
