TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Alternatives maintains a fleet of 75 vehicles to meet the transportation needs of the people we serve. This is particularly important in some of our service areas where public transportation is non-existent.

Every residence has a family-style van at its disposal to bring people to medical appointments, go shopping, to access community resources and to have fun. Many of our vehicles have been adapted to accommodate people with accessibility needs.

We also offer daily, door-to-door transportation to approximately 150 people to attend day programs, jobs, and volunteer sites.
